Sos ragu a la brunetica

- 3 tablespoons olive oil,
- 300 g minced meat,
- 1 bottle of tomato juice,
- 1/2 cup red wine,

RECIPE PREPARATION Sos ragu a la brunetica:
After you have washed the vegetables well, place them on the shredder and cut them very finely (or use the food processor).
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and add the vegetables to cook a little, over low heat. When the vegetables have softened, add the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients. Let it cook for a few minutes, then add the red wine and let it evaporate over low heat. When the wine has evaporated add the tomato juice diluted with a little water. Mix the tomato juice with the rest of the ingredients and let it boil for 2 hours, keeping the flame low, and stirring from time to time.
