We start by preparing the dough:
Pass the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar until it liquefies and keep it in a warm place for 10-15 minutes (to leaven).
Meanwhile, sift the flour in a bowl, add the 2 eggs, sugar and warm milk. Mix lightly, incorporating the leavened yeast, and with the help of the butter cube, knead a tender, non-sticky dough.
Cover the dish with a kitchen towel and place it in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
For composition / filling: cut the plums into cubes / halves, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and keep them cold to syrup evenly.
From the raised dough, roll out two thin, equal sheets. Fill them with the syrupy plums, roll them carefully and place them in the cooker bowl (well greased with soft butter).
Beat the egg and grease the pie evenly.
We set the BAKE function from the MENU to a temperature of 150 degrees, for 55 minutes.
After baking, let the pie cool gradually in the cooker bowl and only then take it out on a plate with a silicone spatula.
Powder the vanilla sugar and serve cold. Good appetite!
