Dessert Banana Bread with nuts and berries
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and set aside.
Melt the butter and leave to cool
Crush the bananas with a fork, add the lightly cooled butter, oil and eggs, stirring one after the other. Add the sugar and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients (flour mixture) and mix, but not excessively, just enough to combine the ingredients.
Pour into 2 lined cake trays, put the nuts and berries (I used blueberries) and press a little to get into the dough.
Bake at 180 ° C for 50 minutes, check with a toothpick and, if necessary, leave for another 5 minutes.
