Spiral with poppy seeds
Mix the yeast with a little warm milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar. Cover and set aside
Sift the flour into a bowl, make a hole in the middle, add the egg, yeast, sugar, salt and start kneading, gradually adding the warm milk. Then add the melted and slightly cooled butter. Knead a dough that must be elastic. Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour
Filling-Put the milk with the sugar and when the sugar has melted and the milk starts to boil, add the poppy seeds. Stir until smooth. Let cool. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add the poppy seeds composition, mix until smooth.
Divide the crust into 3 pieces, each piece is spread in a rectangular sheet and grease with poppy seeds and roll
From the first roll we form a spiral that we place in the middle of the tray, then we continue with the other 2 rolls
Grease with the beaten egg yolk and put in the oven until nicely browned
